I.	CALL TO ORDER First Selectman Michael Pace called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M.
II.	PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance was waived.
III.	COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC None taken.
IV.	COMMENTS FROM THE SELECTMEN None taken.
V.	BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD Re-affirm the Call for Town Meeting, November 24, 2008. First Selectman Pace reaffirmed the Call for Town Meeting due to the absence of the Special Board of Selectmen’s Meeting of October 31, 2008 agenda from the Town’s website. Per Town charter the November 14, 2008 agenda filed with Town Clerk, placed on town website and the Call to be advertised in local publication. PACE/PEACE Motion to accept reaffirmation to call Town Meeting on November 24, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. to be held at the Old Saybrook Middle School Auditorium, 60 Sheffield Street, Old Saybrook, Connecticut. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
