BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
A.      Discuss and authorize First Selectman Michael A. Pace to sign contract for new fire truck.
B.      Discuss and act on updating/re-adopting a Resolution authorizing First Selectman Michael A. Pace to execute on behalf of the Town of Old Saybrook a Personal Services Agreement (PSA) with the State of Connecticut for financial assistance to improve little league field(s).
C.      Discuss and act on re-adopting a Nondiscrimination Certification.
D.      Discuss and authorize First Selectman Michael A. Pace to sign a Personal Services Agreement with the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection for Ball Field Improvement/McMurray Field.
E.      APPOINTMENTS
1.      PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING BOARD – Vacancy created by Robert Hallisey.  This is a 3-year term due to expire 11/2010.
F.      Enter Executive Session to discuss personnel matters.
G.      Return to Open Session.
