0820 HRS Margaret A. Winter, age 18 of 30 Straits Road Chester, CT was issued an infraction for Seat Belt violation on Elm Street @ I-95.
1350 HRS John H. LaStelli, age 19 of 219 Middlesex Avenue Old Saybrook, CT was issued an infraction for Illegal use of a cell phone on Rte 1 @ Old Boston Post Road.
1531 HRS Jairo Velez, age 23 of 26 Ford Drive Old Saybrook, Ct was issued an infraction for operating without a hands free device, operating without a license on Ford Drive.
2136 HRS Victor Luna, age 41 of 60 Beacon Street Hartford, CT was Taken into Custody by the West Hartford Police on an Active Arrest Warrant held by this department. Luna was Arrested and Charged with Larceny in the Third Degree and Issuing a Bad Check. Luna was processed and released on a $500 cash only court set bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court 07/22/08.
2343 HRS Alfred D. Giangrande, age 46 of 55 Ragged Rock Road Old Saybrook, CT was Arrested and Charged with Driving While Intoxicated on Ragged Rock Road. Giangrande was processed and released on a $500 non surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court 07/21/08.
