1228 HRS Robert H. Rioux, age 72, of 65 Main Street, Apt. 10, Ivoryton CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Wear A Seatbelt on Rt.166/I-95.
1235 HRS Jeffery A. Citak, age 32, of 73 Summit Drive, Wallingford CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Wear A Seatbelt On Rt. 166/I-95.
1245 HRS Timothy J. Arpin, age 36, of 27 Gungy Road, Lyme CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Operating While Under Suspension, and a Brake/Tail Lamp Violation. Arpin is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 07/14/08.
1330 HRS Joanne Giardina, age 42, of 20 Valley Heights Drive, Middlefield CT was issued an Infraction for Unreasonable Speed on Rt. 154/Toms Road.
