1410 HRS Samuel B. Johnson, age 27, of 232 Grapevine Road, Higganum CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under Suspension, and Failure To Wear A Seatbelt on Rt. 1/King Street. Johnson is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 07/14/08.
1430 HRS Lionel Ortiz, age 22, of 166 Glenwood Road, Clinton CT was issued an Infraction for Operating An Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Main Street/Rt. 1.
0045 HRS John A.Coker, age 46, of 1575 Boston Post Road, Apt. 123, Old Saybrook CT was Arrested and charged with Breach of Peace 2nd, Criminal Mischief, and Violation of a Protective Order. Coker was processed and is being held at Old Saybrook Police Headquarters on a $2500.00 Cash Bond pending arraignment in Middletown Superior Court on 07/07/08.
