Failure to Exercise Due Care to Avoid Colliding With Pedestrian or Person
Propelling a Human-Powered Vehicle following an incident on Main Street.
1644 HRS Nelson Torres age 54 of 4 Beachman Av, Old Saybrook, CT was Issued an Infraction
for Operating Without a License after being stopped near Saybrook Point.
1824 HRS Thomas Pezzella age 50 of 98 Ferry Rd, Old Saybrook, CT was Arrested and
Charged with Criminal Trespass 1st Degree and Violation of Protective Order.
Pezzella was Processed and Released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond and is
Scheduled to Appear in Middletown Superior Court 07/03/2008.
