0915 HRS Paula Corby, age 50, of 175 West Main Street, Apt. 4, Niantic CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Grant Right Of Way While Making A Left Hand Turn on Maple Avenue.
1600 HRS Elizabeth M Haynes, age 24, of 18 Cottage Place, Old Saybrook CT was Arrested and charged with Breach of Peace, Interfering, Assault on Public Safety, and Risk of Injury To A Minor. Haynes was processed and released on a $500.00 Cash Bond. Haynes was also issued two (2) Misdemeanor Summons for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating While Under Suspension. Haynes is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 07/07/08 to answer Motor Vehicle Charges, and 06/08/08 to answer Criminal Charges.
