0930 HRS Rumaldo Morales, age 28, of P.O. Box 812 Monterey, TN was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without A License on Schoolhouse Road/Woodpond Lane.
1423 HRS Diane Ceder, age 46, of 34 Bacon Avenue, Middletown CT surrendered herself to this department on an Outstanding Warrant held by this department. Ceder was Arrested and charged with Hindering Prosecution 3rd. Ceder was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 06/17/08.
