13:06 HRS: Mark Steven Albo. Age 34, of 122 North Street, Guilford, CT was arrested on an outstanding warrant held by the Connecticut State Police charging him with Violation of a Protective Order, Assault 3rd, Strangulation, and Breach of Peace. He was processed and released to the custody of the Connecticut State Police.
15:06 HRS: A juvenile was arrested and charged with Breach of Peace, following an incident on the Main Street. He was processed and issued a Juvenile Summons. He is scheduled to appear in court in Middletown on 06/18/08. He was released to the custody of his mother.
