1314 HRS Ryan J. Morrison, age 23, of 11 Fox Hollow Road, Old Saybrook CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Failure To Carry Insurance, Speeding, and Operating a Motorcycle Without A License on Industrial Parkway, Old Saybrook CT.
