1100 HRS Gregory Metsack, age 35, of 41 Ragged Rock Road, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Allowing a Canine To Roam, and a Canine Creating/Causing Nuisance on Ragged Rock Road.
1347 HRS Peter Van-Slyck, age 86, of 67 Bill Hill Road, Lyme CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Obey A Stop Sign and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on King Street/Green Meadow Road.
1851 HRS Jacqueline Moscarelli, age 40, of 2 Timber Lane, Guilford CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/Lynde Street.
0144 HRS Pedro G. Saquic, age 24, of 34 East Ferry Street, New Haven CT was Arrested and charged with Driving Under The Influence, Failure To Drive in the Established Lane, Failure To Carry Insurance, and Operating Without A License on Rt. 1/Donnelly Road. Saquic was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 05/19/08.
