13:16 HRS: Joshua S Dunn., age 28, of 96 Elm Street, Old Saybrook, CT. turned himself in at Old Saybrook Police Department Headquarters and was Arrested on an Outstanding Re-Arrest Warrant for Failure To Appear 2nd. Dunn was processed and released on a $500.00 Cash Bond and is scheduled to appear at Middletown Superior Court 05/20/08.
16:38 HRS: Matthew Payne, age 21, of 1 Chestnut Circle, Old Saybrook, CT was issued an infraction for Failure to Wear a Seatbelt on Elm St./Ingham Hill.
