0946 HRS Joseph G. Beecher, age 43, of 260 Woodland Road, Guilford CT surrendered himself to this department on an Outstanding Warrant held by this department. Beecher was Arrested and charged with Larceny 3rd, and Issuing A Bad Check. Beecher was processed and released on a Written Promise To Appear in Middletown Superior Court on 05/20/08.
1958 HRS John S. Miller, Jr., age 57, of 287 West Street, Rocky Hill CT was issued an Infraction for Improper Use of a Highway By A Pedestrian on Old Boston Post Road/Boston Post Road.
0124 HRS Frank Holm Thomsen, age 48, of 31 Nyhaun, Copenhagen Denmark was Arrested and charged with Driving Under The Influence, and Failure To Drive In The Established Lane on Rt. 1/Captains Lane. Thomsen was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 06/02/08.
