1137 HRS David W. Cutler, age 51, of 24 West Main Street, Clinton CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Improper Passing, Failure To Wear A Seatbelt, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Failure To Carry Insurance on Main Street/Rt. 1. Cutler is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 05/19/08.
1744 HRS Michael S. Albrecht, age 36, of 7 Green Hill Road, Killingworth CT was taken into custody by the Manchester Police Department, and turned over to this department on an Outstanding Warrant being held by this department. Albrecht was Arrested and charged with Larceny3rd, and Issuing a Bad Check. Albrecht was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 05/20/08.
2120 HRS A seventeen year old was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/Stage Road.
